Blog Tour: Fairy Mom and Me

Uncategorized

For weeks, my kids have been saying, “cleareridoo” every time I ask them to pick up a toy or a shoe, because of this book. It makes me smile when my kids latch onto a book and enjoy it even after the read is over.

Ella is in a hurry to grow up and become a fairy and have her own sparkly wings, just like her mom. In the meantime, Ella is learning by watching her mom in action. But sometimes spells go wrong and Ella’s mom has a hard time remembering the right magic codes on her Computawand.

This book has some great messages for young readers about standing up to bullies, doing YOUR best, working as a team, the value of patience, and sometimes hard work is better than magic.

This is about a third grade reading level. It’s perfect for this kids that have made it out of the easy readers and need a more challenging chapter book. It also has black and white illustrations throughout to help break it up and make it more exciting and less daunting.

This book looks fun to read. I love that your kids still think about it. The fact they say the spell when cleaning up reminds me of the clean up song my kids and I sang after finding Barney.
