These cookies are some of my very favorite! I have loved them for years and years and years! I love cookies hot and fresh, but with these cookies, guys, let me tell you…they are my favorite the the next day. The chocolate chips solidify again and add a great texture to the cookies. You can also freeze these amazing cookies and thaw them just a little and they are chocolatey-brownie-ish with a little crunchy chocolate chip inside. Sooooooo, good.
6 1/2 cups of Flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of Butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
3 tsp. Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 bag Extra Dark Chocolate Chips
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, beat until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and mix just until it is combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 mins.
If your cookies come out too flat, add a little more flour.
